Practicing with a knee injury

Level 2 Ashtanga authorized teacher and AYV director Fiona Stang discusses some options to accommodate a knee injury. The underlying message is to keep practicing, even if the full form cannot be achieved, and focusing deeper into the breath, bandhas and drishtis. Consistency in movement and an able teacher will assist in a faster recovery and maintain one’s daily commitment to the practice.
