Pricing Changes for 2018

When we first started the evening program, we lowered the prices to try to garner interest. Over the past years the program has grown strong under amazing instructors like Juan Carlos Galan and Maria Whittaker.

In the next two years the evening pricing will move towards matching the morning pricing structure.   We will have a 10% increase starting for January 2018.

For all automatic payment passes, the new pricing will be:
1 month unlimited pass $165
3 month unlimited pass $440

How to Practice with A Knee Injury in Ashtanga Yoga

Level 2 Ashtanga authorized teacher and AYV director Fiona Stang discusses some options to accommodate a knee injury. The underlying message is to keep practicing, even if the full form cannot be achieved, and focusing deeper into the breath, bandhas and drishtis. Consistency in movement and an able teacher will assist in a faster recovery and maintain one’s daily commitment to the practice.
