How to Practice with A Knee Injury in Ashtanga Yoga

Level 2 Ashtanga authorized teacher and AYV director Fiona Stang discusses some options to accommodate a knee injury. The underlying message is to keep practicing, even if the full form cannot be achieved, and focusing deeper into the breath, bandhas and drishtis.
