Introduction to Ashtanga Courses

The starting point for Ashtanga is to join one of our Introductory Workshops. 

Our introductory courses are offered regularly each month. These courses introduce students to the basic ashtanga principles and foundations. You are guided, step-by-step, in a clear manner the essentials of ashtanga yoga.

These workshops are suitable for the absolute beginner, those making the transition from other yoga disciplines, or more experienced practitioners willing to go back to the basics to shift practice habits and patterns.

We now offer two formats for our intro workshops:

  1. Saturday Courses from 9:30-11:30 AM, which includes a bonus week of Mysore classes.

  2. Month-Long Evening or Morning Courses, which meets 2x a week for approximately one month. After your course you are able to attend any of our Mysore style classes.
